Contest Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win:
Multiple entries are allowed. A person may enter through several ways.
- You can fill out an entry form. The more forms you fill out, the more chances to win.
- You can submit a Brag for posting. Each Brag that gets posted gives you a chance to win. Submitting a Brag post does not automatically guarantee posting. Please read the Brag Wall FAQs.
- You can join the Birthday Club. Each entry automatically enters you into the contest for the month in which the birthday occurs.
Winners will be notified by email. Only entries submitted in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. By entering this contest, you give permission to K12Genie, Inc. to use your name for purposes of marketing and promotion. Please read the Privacy policy and Terms of Use with regard to User Posted Content. Winners must live within the U.S. or its territories.
Selection of Winners:
Total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, K12Genie will randomly select a winner. Winner will be notified by email and winner’s name may appear on the Brag Wall of K12Genie. Employees of K12Genie are not eligible to win.
Prizes:
K12Genie reserves the right to substitute prizes if the original prize is not available. The new prize will be one of equivalent or greater value.
Limitations of Liability/Reserved Rights:
K12Genie, Inc. shall have no obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. We reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web site or otherwise violating these rules. We further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned for any reason. Winner shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless K12Genie, Inc. in the event of any claim or suit arising from such Sweepstakes.

Contests are subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations; void where prohibited or restricted by law.
